Dermal Fillers (DF) are gel-like substances injected into the skin or lips to physically lift and sculpt, correcting wrinkles, folds, scars and asymmetries of the face, neck, or décolletage. The safest DFs are non-permanent gels made synthetically from Hyaluronic Acid (HA), a carbohydrate. Because HAs are naturally present in the skin but decline with aging, fillers made from them are an ideal choice for rejuvenation.
